Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is the largest "white paper" contract Teamsters Local Union 776 represents. On May 4th, a Union representation election for the Exercise Physiologists unit was conducted. The group voted in favor of Union representation. Business Agent Dave Vrona has enforced that contract since 2015, representing over 100 job classifications.

May 17, 2026 | STRIKES | Teamsters with the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen (BLET) at the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) have launched a strike alongside their bargaining coalition of 3,500 workers from five unions. The LIRR is the busiest commuter railroad in America, with 300,000 daily passengers. It is owned and operated by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA).
